1st question

Which is the process when the HR Consultants of Grand Solutions receive a CV?

The HR Consultants of Grand Solutions receive a CV in two cases:
a) When sent as a reply to a specific job advertisement and
b) When sent regardless of a job advertisement in order to be kept in Grand Solutions’ electronic database for future reference.

In the first case, our Consultants evaluate all each CV according to the position specifications. They, then, proceed to contact those candidates whose qualifications match with the defined requirements of the job opening. Following the interview, all candidates are informed of the progress of the recruitment process.

In the second case, our Consultants keep the CVs received in the company’s electronic database after evaluating them. When there is a job opening, our Consultants contact those candidates, whose qualifications match with the defined requirements of the job opening, asking them if they are still available and if so, an interview is arranged. Following the interview, all candidates are informed of the progress of the recruitment process.

2nd question

I have already sent my CV to a job advertisement. Will I be informed of the progress of my job application?

Our Consultants receive and evaluate all candidates’ CV’s. In the case that our Consultants do not respond to your application with 3 weeks, you should assume that another candidate has been selected for the position. However, your CV remains in our database for future reference.
